Sabaidi (hello in lao) everybody, this post is all about Luang Prabang street market in Laos. Street markets and street food is my passion and one of the best thing on travelling to different countries. You can meet local people and learn a little bit culture from cousine side. I’m very big fan of food so you can find me with camera on every street market in every city. I can spend hours to observe all small details and take photos of everything. I love to discover local ingredients, fruits, vegetable and the most interesting is to see what they eat. I know that every country has specific food and for locals eat rats, dogs (I will not post photo), bats, squirrels etc. But for me it is impossible to understand. OK maybe if I eat something without knowing what it is, maybe I will say, it tastes good. But I’m not ready for such experience.
To understand what I’m talking about see below photos from morning Luang Prabang street market
